Administrative Assistant Job Opening

We are looking to fill the following position: Administrative Assistant

SUMMARY
Provide administrative support for team. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.    Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
2.    Meet and greet clients and visitors.
3.    Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
4.    Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
5.    Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
6.    Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.
7.    Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies.
8.    Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
9.    Support staff in assigned project based work.
10.  Other duties as assigned.

Minimum of 20 hours per week required.
Hourly rate based on experience.

SKILLS
1.    Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type.

2.    Experience using Mac computer.

Social Media Coordinator/Copywriter

Tarte Advertising is actively seeking a full time Social Media Coordinator/Copywriter. This person will be responsible for overseeing multiple client’s social media strategies across various platforms, as well as Copywriting and Editing. The person in this position will also be responsible for other various tasks not directly related to social media, such as planning and coordinating various events.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Create comprehensive social media strategies
• Implement and manage social media programs
• Monitor trends, tools and applications in social media and appropriately apply that knowledge
• Monitor the competition and be aware of market changes and developments
• Measure the impact of social media on the overall marketing efforts
• Meet with clients and present new ideas
• Create content for various social media platforms
• Interact with online communities
• Event planning and coordination

The individual for this position will:
