JEN CASPERSON

Jen Casperson brings over 12 years of savvy creative and marketing experience to the table. After graduating from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Graphic Design, Jen began working at CINCINNATI MAGAZINE as the advertising and promotions designer. During that time, she designed thousands of original ads for local and national businesses. In 2005, she moved to Mahan Advertising and took on the role of Creative Director. Jen’s creative leadership was behind numerous successful ad campaigns for both national and regional clients including: Penn Station, Ryan Homes, Check ’n Go and Jones the Florist.

At Tarte, Jen oversees all aspects of creative work before it leaves the office. She is a designer at heart with a brain for strategy. Each color, font treatment and line break goes under Jen’s scrutiny to make sure it hits the client’s objective every time.
